Conditions
To become a member of the Association des chiropraticiens du Québec (ACQ), you must be a member of the Ordre des chiropraticiens du Québec (OCQ) and have a practice license.
Once you join the ACQ, you automatically become a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA). In addition, you become eligible for the professional liability protection from the Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association (CCPA).
Procedures
To obtain your ACQ membership, you must mail the completed registration form, duly signed, along with the following documents:
1. A recent photo (with your signature on the back)
2. A photocopy of your diploma
If you are a former member and wish to rejoin the ACQ, you must mail the re-registration form, duly signed.
